TO BE RESCHEDULED IN THE FALL

The Arrow Lakes Arts Council presents concert pianist Michael Kim, for the final concert of the Concert Series. Returning to Nakusp for his third perfomance, Canadian pianist Michael Kim continues to recieve acclaim for his perfomances throughout Canada, and recently the Unitied States, South America and Korea. As a recitalist and chamber musician, he has been featured at the festivals of Brevard, Aspen, Banff, Huntsville, Heifetz (Annapolis, MD) to name a few. His perfomances are frequently broadcast on the radio networks of CBC, NPR, KBS and Chicago WFCT's "Live From Studio One". He also collaborates with his wife, pianist Kyungran Kim in a special four hourhand-one piano program. Dr. Kim recieved his Masters and Docter of Musical Arts from Julliard School, where he held the Vladimir Horowitz scholarship. A veteran concert artist, Michael performs at a "consistently high level of professionalism and musicality" to quote The Globe and Mail, Toronto.
